For the Last Chinnor Passion Play, dedicated volunteer actors devoted hours of time and energy to learn their lines, know where to stand and to bring to life the last week of Christ’s life. Many of these people have never done anything like this previously and found a new skill and talent that was lying dormant.
The music was carefully selected – rehearsals for singers and the band has been intense. Even getting Christ on and off the cross safely has been rehearsed, nothing has been left to chance. The two school choirs are well into learning their song for the opening scene. The dancers also have step by step brought their sequence alive.
